The Facilities Assistant will assist with the daily
operation and coordination of Property services to provide a safe and healthy
working environment. You will provide a full range of internal support services
for a range of departments
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administration
support to the Retail Property Department
- Deal with day to day maintenance
enquiries and liaise with contractors/suppliers
- Maintain
the Property helpdesk, receiving and responding to incoming property
queries by phone or email.
- Arranging
and managing contractor works.
- Overseeing
department filing, ensuring records are up to date and accurately filed.
- Assisting
the Retail Team with maintaining the employee intranet and staff notice
boards, as requested.
- Any
other duties within Central Service appropriate for the grade as directed
by the Retail Property team.
- Assisting with
ongoing new store openings, relocations and refit projects.

- Previous
experience of working within a property-based role.
- Trained
to administer first aid.
- Trained
to be a fire marshal
- Willing
to travel to support retail store estate
