What will I do

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking General Manager to lead Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa. This is a unique opportunity to build on strong existing foundations: a high-performing team, a reputation for unforgettable guest experiences, and established community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

As General Manager, you will provide strategic leadership across all areas of the hotel. You will:

  • Lead, inspire, and empower a high-performing management team and wider workforce to deliver operational excellence.
  • Drive sustained commercial and financial performance, consistently meeting and exceeding business targets.
  • Shape and deliver the hotel budget and sales strategy, identifying innovative opportunities to maximise revenue and grow market share.
  • Apply strong business acumen and deep knowledge of the commercial and financial drivers of hotel success.
  • Champion a culture of service excellence, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, industry-leading customer scores, and a strong online reputation.
  • Anticipate opportunities and challenges, developing strategies to maintain resilience and competitive advantage.
  • Build on the hotel’s reputation within the community while positioning Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa as a premier destination for leisure, spa, events, and dining.

  • Experience in managing diverse operations such as Meetings & Events, Leisure, and Spa.
