As part of the housekeeping team, you’ll help ensure every guest room and shared space feels fresh, comfortable, and ready to welcome visitors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and preparing guest bedrooms to a high standard
• Changing bed linen and refreshing towels
• Cleaning bathrooms and restocking guest amenities
• Vacuuming, dusting, and ensuring rooms feel spotless and welcoming
• Maintaining tidy and clean public areas where required
• Reporting maintenance issues or damage when spotted
• Working efficiently to prepare rooms for incoming guests
• Supporting the wider team to ensure a smooth guest experience

Attention to detail is key — the little touches make a big difference.

• You take pride in doing things properly and keeping spaces clean and organised
• You notice the small details that help a room feel welcoming
• You’re reliable and happy working both independently and as part of a team
• You bring a positive attitude and enjoy helping create great experiences for guests
• You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not essential — we can teach you the rest.
