Beautiful New Pub Restaurant - Vibrant and Green

Part of the Hall & Woodhouse family H&W Crowthorne is a sensational new multi-million pound restaurant and bar. With an innovative and sustainable two-storey design the pub forms the gateway to the Bucklers park residential development and surrounding Bucklers Forest. Comprising five different multi-functioning spaces for guests to enjoy including a dedicated bar, a pantry/café for coffee and cakes through to relaxed dining and drinks, a vibrant dining space, an extensive outdoor terrace, and a large attractive garden. Taking inspiration from its surroundings; plants, stylistic artwork, colourful soft furnishings, and exposed brick walls feature to create a contemporary interior style. With a warm feel and lots of colourful character guests can relax in the perfect setting with great food and delicious Badger beers, whatever the occasion.

We’re growing our kitchen team and looking for an experienced CDP, Section Chef or Line Chef to jump in and help us keep the good stuff coming. If you love great food, enjoy a buzzing service, and want to work with a genuinely supportive crew, this could be your next spot.

What you’ll get:

  • A proper work–life balance: 5 days on, 2 days off
  • £13.55 per hour, rising to £14.00 from 1/4/26

  • Someone who thrives when service gets busy
  • On top of compliance and committed to doing things the right way
  • Looking for a solid chef role for the season — and hopefully longer
  • Experienced in a busy kitchen and ready to hit the ground running
