You’ll work closely with our General Manager, leading from the front, supporting the team, and making sure every service runs smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Running the Show: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Inspiring Leadership: Lead by example, motivating and training your team to deliver top-notch service. Help managers and junior team members grow and feel supported in their roles.
  • Creating a Positive Work Culture: We believe happy teams create happy guests! You’ll play a vital role in fostering a fun, inclusive, and engaging workplace.
  • Delivering Unforgettable Experiences: Ensure every guest has an incredible time, from the moment they walk through the door to the last bite of dessert.
  • Working with the Kitchen Team: Collaborate with our Head Chef to maintain high-quality dishes, consistent recipes, and stunning presentation standards.
  • Managing Stock & Suppliers: Support the General Manager in maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and building strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Keeping It Safe & Spotless: Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
  • Keeping the Restaurant Looking Its Best: Conduct regular inspections to make sure everything from equipment to décor is in top shape.
  • Balancing Work & Life: We know hospitality can be demanding, so we encourage a structured schedule, aiming for a 47-hour workweek while ensuring you get the rest you need.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.
  • A keen enthusiasm for wine is a must.
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • A strong leader who can inspire, train, and support a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
