service. We’re now looking for a Supervisor with energy, wine
know-how, and a cool head under pressure to help lead our front-of-house team
and keep service running like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing
· Running the Floor: Lead service with confidence, balancing smooth operations with standout guest experiences.
· Wine Service: Present, pour, and recommend wines with skill and enthusiasm, helping guests discover something new and memorable.
· Keeping Spirits High: Motivate the team, keep communication flowing, and ensure service energy stays upbeat, even during the busiest moments.
· Delighting Guests: Share menu knowledge, make thoughtful recommendations, and create those “we’ll be back” moments.
· Fixing on the Fly: Solve challenges in the moment, whether it’s a last-minute table shuffle or a guest request.
· Team Growth: Support training and mentoring, particularly around wine service and seasonal food pairings.
· Operational Support: Assist with opening and closing, cash handling, and ensuring health & safety standards are second nature to the team.
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role in a quality-driven, busy restaurant or wine bar
· A genuine passion for hospitality and making people feel welcome
· Solid wine knowledge or a strong interest in developing expertise in natural and low-intervention wines
· Great communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach
· Strong organisational skills and a calm head under pressure
· A team-first mindset, you lead by example and enjoy supporting others to succeed
