Assistant General Manager, Bar Crispin - SOHO, HAM. Restaurants, London.
HAM. Restaurants is a group of independent and design-lead restaurants and wine bars in Central London. Restaurants consists of Crispin, Bar Crispin, Bistro Freddie, Crispin x Studio Voltaire and Crispin Events & Catering.
We’re looking for a charismatic and kind Assistant General Manager to join Bar Crispin. Bar Crispin is a small restaurant and wine bar in vibrant Soho, serving modern European dishes and a large selection of natural wines.
Our restaurant is fun, fast-paced, and uniquely designed by Jermaine Gallacher. Bar Crispin is a very busy and small space, we’re looking for someone who is highly organised, service focussed and can bring a warm welcome to our guests and team a like.
Assistant General Managers can expect:
