We’re on the hunt for a dynamic, passionate Assistant Manager to join Crispin x Studio Voltaire in Clapham. This is an extraordinary opportunity to lead a stunning, intimate restaurant nestled within a vibrant contemporary art gallery, serving seasonal, inventive modern European and British classics.

You’ll become part of HAM. Restaurants, an independent, design-led group behind Crispin, Bar Crispin, Bistro Freddie and Canal a team renowned for elegant spaces, exceptional food, and warm, engaging hospitality.

What You'll Do

·       Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless, efficient service

·       Inspire, train, and energise the front-of-house team

·       Deliver memorable, heartfelt guest experiences every day

·       Collaborate with the Head Chef on quality, consistency, and visually stunning presentation

·       Support smart stock control, ordering, and supplier management

·       Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and motivated team culture

·       Uphold strict health, safety, and hygiene standards

·       Help maintain the restaurant’s beautiful, contemporary décor and elegant equipment

What We're Looking For

·       Experience as an Assistant Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar hospitality leader

·       A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service

·       Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

·       Solid knowledge of food, wine, and dining trends

·       Commitment to health, safety, and hygiene excellence
