We’re now looking for an enthusiastic, charismatic Waiter to join our team and help deliver memorable experiences that keep guests coming back.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Exceptional Service: Greet every guest with warmth and confidence, ensuring they feel at home.
• Food & Wine Knowledge: Share our menus with enthusiasm, recommend dishes, and guide guests through our list of natural wines.
• Creating Atmosphere: Bring positivity and personality to the floor, helping keep service smooth, upbeat, and welcoming.
• Team Spirit: Work closely with colleagues to deliver seamless service.
• High Standards: Maintain a clean, organised floor and uphold health & safety practices.
• Events Support: Assist with private dinners, gallery openings, and special events, ensuring smooth and seamless service.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a busy, quality-driven restaurant, (preferred, not essential).
• A genuine love of hospitality, you thrive when making people feel welcome.
• Curiosity and interest in food and natural wine, with a desire to learn more.
• A positive, can-do attitude with great communication skills.
• Reliability, calmness, and a team-first mindset.
