The role
We are looking to hire a Head of FP&A to build and lead a best-in-class financial planning and analysis function for Dreamlab. This individual will be responsible for developing robust, dynamic financial models to support strategic decision-making, as well as delivering clear and insightful performance reporting and management information across the group.
They will work closely with stakeholders across multiple business units, proactively challenging assumptions, interrogating performance, and ensuring high-quality data and inputs are captured to drive accuracy and accountability. The role requires a commercially minded operator who can translate complex financials into actionable insights, support leadership in planning and forecasting, and act as a key partner in driving disciplined, data-led growth.
