We are looking for a talented, versatile and craft-focused Midweight Designer to join its growing Brand & Marketing team, working across its growing portfolio of chef-led premium concepts.
This is a varied, hands-on design role spanning print and digital, from campaigns, menus and signage to social assets, presentations and brand touchpoints. Taking creative direction, you'll execute creative briefs across a broad range of projects, bringing strong typography, layout and visual craft to everything you produce.
The ideal candidate is a confident multidisciplinary designer with a strong eye for detail, a genuine love of design and a passion for hospitality, food and culture. You'll be equally comfortable creating beautifully considered campaigns, building polished presentations or adapting layouts for multi-channel rollout with consistency and accuracy.
As part of the expanding Brand & Marketing team, and reporting into the Senior Creative, you'll have the opportunity to work across a growing portfolio of hospitality brands, collaborating with internal and external partners. What You’ll Do
Design and deliver promotional collateral, campaign assets, POS, signage,
digital assets, presentations and menus across multiple hospitality brands.
Execute approved creative briefs across print and digital channels, ensuring
work is delivered accurately, on brief and on time.
Adapt approved designs across multiple formats, maintaining quality and consistency throughout.
Prepare artwork and assets for print and digital production to the
required specifications.
Retouch imagery and prepare photography for use across marketing channels where required.
Manage artwork amends, version control and production files through to
final delivery.
Ensure design output is consistent and aligned with established brand guidelines across the portfolio.
Work collaboratively with Marketing Managers, printers, suppliers and external partners to deliver projects effectively.
3–5 years' commercial graphic design experience.
Experience designing for hospitality or food & beverage brands is preferred.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator
and Photoshop.
Experience creating motion graphics is desirable.
Strong typography and layout knowledge.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly in artwork accuracy and consistency.
Good understanding of production processes and artwork specifications across print and digital.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative, curious and passionate about good design

Proactive, organised and able to work independently
