Spring Street is a tribute to the iconic pizzerias of New York, serving up 18-inch pizzas. Led by Michelin-starred chef, Tom Kemble, we're all about house-made dough, quality ingredients and the right balance of flavours. 

 SUPERVISOR ROLE (experience required, intermediate / advance english) pay £18 per hours inclusive of service charge 

Supervisory & Management Duties 

  • Run shifts and oversee day-to-day FOH operations

  • Lead the team during service and work effectively under pressure

  • Ensure all guests leave happy and issues are resolved professionally

  • Handle customer complaints and any service issues that arise

  • Manage allergy orders carefully and ensure clear communication with the kitchen

  • Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene procedures are followed at all times

  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized restaurant at all times

  • Conduct stock counts and assist with ordering

  • Approve staff hours and support basic rota management

  • Complete end-of-night reporting and cash-up procedures
