Supervisory & Management Duties
Run shifts and oversee day-to-day FOH operations
Lead the team during service and work effectively under pressure
Ensure all guests leave happy and issues are resolved professionally
Handle customer complaints and any service issues that arise
Manage allergy orders carefully and ensure clear communication with the kitchen
Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene procedures are followed at all times
Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized restaurant at all times
Conduct stock counts and assist with ordering
Approve staff hours and support basic rota management
Complete end-of-night reporting and cash-up procedures
