Odyssey is redefining private aviation catering by combining the culinary excellence of our two Michelin-starred chef with world-class customer service. Already established in London and Paris, we are expanding internationally with a simple promise: uncompromising quality, responsiveness, and personalisation.
The RoleWe are looking for a Concierge Agent to join our London team. This is a pivotal role in our day-to-day operations. You will act as the voice of Odyssey for our clients, primarily in the UK but also supporting requests from our Paris and Geneva markets. You will ensure seamless coordination between our client services team and the kitchen, and handle high-touch concierge requests, from sourcing rare items in-store to managing urgent, last-minute luxury purchases for VIP clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming communications (emails, calls) in English with speed, clarity, and attention to detail.
Act as the primary point of contact for UK-based clients, while also supporting English-speaking clients in other markets.
Prepare quotes, confirm orders, relay briefs to the kitchen, and ensure smooth execution of every request.
Operate as the operational link between the client and the kitchen, ensuring feasibility, timely delivery, and quality.
Take ownership of concierge services: pick up special orders, purchase luxury items, and fulfil urgent, time-sensitive requests.
Be based in our London kitchen offices, with occasional errands or off-site sourcing in the city when needed.
2–3 years of experience in customer service or account/client management.
Previous experience in luxury, hospitality, or high-end food & beverage is a plus, but not mandatory.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a strong bonus).
Detail-oriented, highly organised, self-sufficient, and client-obsessed.
Proactive and resourceful: you enjoy making things happen, stepping outside the office when needed, and representing Odyssey with elegance and efficiency.
A driver’s license is not required, but good knowledge of London and its luxury retail landscape is a plus.
The chance to join a fast-growing business with high standards of excellence and genuine opportunities for career progression.
A people-first, high-performance environment with a focus on craftsmanship, service, and team spirit.
A full-time, permanent contract with regular working hours (with occasional out-of-hours coverage during peak periods).
