Odyssey is redefining private aviation catering. We combine the cooking of our two Michelin-starred chef with world-class service, delivering chef-prepared meals to private jets and VIP clients. We already operate in London, Paris and Miami, and we are growing fast. Our promise is simple: uncompromising quality, responsiveness and personalisation.
The RoleLocation: Wimbledon, London (SW19) · Contract: Full-time, permanent
As a Service & Logistics Agent, you are the face of Odyssey on the ground. Your first priority is getting our orders to clients on time and in perfect condition, at airports across London and wherever else they ask for them. Around your deliveries, you source and buy the products our kitchen and clients need, from specialist ingredients to flowers and one-off VIP requests.
This is not a standard driving job. It suits someone who wants to build two skills at once: hands-on operations and high-end client service. You will work independently, make sensible decisions on the move, and represent a luxury brand in front of demanding clients every day.
Key Responsibilities1. Deliveries (your first priority)
Collect orders from our Wimbledon kitchen and deliver them to private jets at London airports, including Biggin Hill, Farnborough, Luton, Stansted, Gatwick and Heathrow etc.
Deliver to hotels, residences and other locations when clients request it.
Load, organise and look after the refrigerated van, keeping orders at the right temperature throughout.
Handle every order with care. This is luxury catering, presentation matters.
Complete delivery paperwork and temperature checks, and bring trays, cool boxes and other equipment back to the kitchen.
2. Sourcing & purchasing
Buy and collect products across London using a company card with a set spending limit, working from shopping lists provided by HQ.
Source items from specialist food suppliers, retailers and markets, as well as non-food requests such as ranging from flowers, gifts, toys and others.
Make quick, practical calls on alternatives when a product is unavailable or time is tight, checking in with HQ where needed.
Hand all purchased produce over to the kitchen team for processing, with receipts and clear notes.
Fit shop runs efficiently around your delivery schedule.
3. Client service
Hand over orders to FBO staff, handling agents and flight crew, who are our clients, with professionalism and courtesy.
Hold confident, polished conversations with clients, answer questions on the spot and pass on feedback.
Represent Odyssey's standards in your appearance, conduct and communication at all times.
4. Operational support
Keep HQ and the kitchen updated in real time on delivery progress, delays or issues.
During quieter periods, support the client services team, for example by answering phones and handling incoming emails.
Help with occasional kitchen or warehouse tasks such as restocking, organising and packing equipment.
Essential
Full UK driving licence with a clean record, and able to drive a manual van.
Confident, articulate and comfortable dealing face to face with clients in a premium setting.
Reliable and punctual, and able to start early in the morning and work weekends.
Organised, with sharp attention to detail. You can juggle several tasks without anything slipping.
Resourceful and comfortable making decisions on your own, while knowing when to check in.
Calm under pressure when plans change at the last minute.
Clear communicator in English, both spoken and written.
Nice to have
Good knowledge of London, its airports and routes, and where to find specialist products.
Experience in hospitality, food and beverage, luxury retail, events or a similar service setting.
Experience in a delivery, courier or logistics role.
We care more about attitude, energy and ambition than years of experience. If you are motivated, presentable and keen to learn, we want to hear from you.
Working Pattern5 days a week, with 2 consecutive days off.
Shifts run on a rota built around the wider team. The earliest starts are at 4am.
If you cover weekends, those become part of your regular shift pattern rather than occasional extras.
Occasional flexibility is needed during peak periods and for last-minute client requests.
A competitive salary.
A role that builds real skills in operations, purchasing and luxury client service, not just driving.
Day-to-day contact with top chefs, aviation professionals and VIP clients.
Modern, well-maintained refrigerated vans, a company card for purchasing, and a uniform.
A supportive, high-standards team in a fast-growing international business.
