Coming to Borough in March 2026, Oudh 1722 is a project rooted in the soul of Awadhi cuisine and the art of genuine hospitality. We are transforming a three-story Victorian building into a dining sanctuary where the food defined by the slow-cooked, aromatic traditions of Lucknow is only half the story.

We are now looking for a Bartender to deliver outstanding service at the bar, support the wider floor team, and contribute to a vibrant, high-performing restaurant.
Role ReviewThe Bartender supports bar service on the ground, delivering drinks to a high standard and keeping service flowing during busy periods. It’s about consistency, speed, and attention to detail behind the bar. The role focuses on great drinks, strong teamwork, and contributing positively to the energy and standards of the bar.
In Your First 12 Months, You’ll…
Deliver consistently high-quality drinks with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail during every service
Provide warm, confident, and engaging hospitality to guests seated at the bar and throughout the restaurant
Maintain excellent bar organization, cleanliness, and stock levels before, during, and after service
Follow all recipes, specs, and service standards to ensure consistency across cocktails, wine, beer, and soft drinks
Support stock control, wastage reduction, and daily bar preparation
Work closely with the management and floor teams to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
Uphold all licensing laws, responsible alcohol service standards, and age-verification procedures
Maintain full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
Contribute positively to team culture, supporting colleagues and maintaining high energy on shift
Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and pride
What You Bring
Previous experience as a Bartender in a quality-led, premium casual, or high-volume restaurant or bar
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and bar service fundamentals
A guest-first mindset with a genuine passion for hospitality
The ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
