Description

Iconic venues. High-volume events. London’s most dynamic food, drink and cultural destinations.

There’s nowhere quite like The Lowline. A collection of high-energy venues and bars, including the iconic Flat Iron Square, sitting at the heart of London Bridge. Known for large-scale events, live sport, food-led experiences and cultural programming, this is hospitality at scale, driven by creativity and commercial performance.

Operating within a fast-paced and growing portfolio, The Lowline is at an exciting stage of expansion. We’re looking for a commercially minded, highly organised Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing delivery across the venues and bars division. This is not a passive role. It’s for someone who thrives on momentum, understands the London scene, and knows how to turn great ideas into measurable results.

The Role

You’ll sit firmly within the Brand & Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, with responsibility for planning and executing integrated marketing activity across the portfolio.

This is a hybrid role combining strategic planning with hands-on delivery. You’ll lead marketing calendars, oversee campaigns, manage content and partnerships, and optimise digital and CRM channels to drive footfall, engagement and commercial growth.

You’ll work closely with venue operations, creatives, partners and suppliers to ensure every piece of marketing reflects the energy of the venues while delivering against clear business objectives.

In This Role, You’ll…

Lead Marketing Delivery Across the Portfolio

  • Lead the delivery of the marketing calendar, campaigns and seasonal activity across the venue to drive footfall and brand awareness
  • Support and deliver campaigns, launches and key events across the venues and bars division
  • Provide support across the wider portfolio when required

Own Social, Content & Creative Execution

  • Lead social media strategy, planning and content creation across all venues
  • Manage content shoots, calendars and creative direction
  • Oversee marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all touch points

Drive Partnerships, PR & Collaborations

  • Coordinate PR activity, influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
  • Work closely with external creatives, partners and suppliers to deliver high-quality output

Manage Digital Channels & Guest Communications

  • Manage CRM, guest communications and digital platforms
  • Ensure all guest-facing channels are aligned, engaging and commercially effective

Turn Insight Into Action

  • Track performance and translate insights into clear, actionable improvements
  • Apply a strong understanding of audience behaviour to optimise campaigns and activity

Work Seamlessly With Operations

  • Work closely with operations teams to bring ideas to life seamlessly
  • Ensure marketing activity is executable, relevant and aligned with the realities of live trading environments

What You Bring

  • Preferably 4+ years of marketing experience within hospitality, food & drink, lifestyle or events
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing across digital, social, CRM, partnerships and events
  • Experience managing social media platforms and content production workflows
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills with an eye for detail and tone of voice
  • Commercial awareness, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and audience data
  • Confidence collaborating with designers, creators, agencies and venue teams
  • Experience working within a fast-paced hospitality or live-event environment
  • A love of live sport is desirable

You’ll Be

  • Commercially minded and creatively driven
  • Passionate about live events, hospitality and London’s food & drink scene
  • Creative yet highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful and adaptable
  • Passionate about large venues with a strong knowledge of the London scene
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Collaborative and confident working across teams and projects

The Package

  • Salary: £44,000 – £48,000 depending on experience
  • Results Only Working Environment – The flexibility to own when and where you work to get the job done
  • 50% off all food & drink across the group
  • Day one access to our benefits and wellbeing platform

This is a role for someone who wants to be in the middle of it - campaigns, content, events, partnerships and performance - all moving at pace. If you understand London’s hospitality scene, know how to turn marketing into commercial results, and want to be part of a growing portfolio with real momentum, we’d love to hear from you.
