Description

Lowline are looking for a commercially minded, highly organised Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing activity across the Lowline’s venues and bars division, including the iconic Flat Iron Square, one of London’s most dynamic hospitality destinations. Sitting within the Brand & Marketing team and reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for delivering integrated campaigns, driving venue awareness, optimising customer experience and supporting measurable commercial growth across events, food and drink.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery, requiring someone who is equally comfortable developing marketing calendars and overseeing campaigns as they are managing content shoots, coordinating partnerships, and optimising digital channels.

You’ll bring strong hospitality marketing experience, a sharp understanding of audience behaviour, and a genuine passion for London’s food, drink, and cultural scene.

Working closely with venue operations, external creatives, partners, and suppliers, you’ll ensure that all marketing activity reflects the energy and experience of the venues while supporting wider business goals.

  • Coordinate PR activity, influencer partnerships, and brand collaborations
  • Oversee marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Work closely with operations teams to bring ideas to life seamlessly
  • Manage CRM, guest communications, and digital platforms
  • Track performance and translate insights into clear, actionable improvements
  • Provide support across the wider portfolio when required
Experience & Skills

  • 4 + years of marketing experience within hospitality, food & drink, lifestyle or events
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing across digital, social, CRM, partnerships, and events
  • Experience managing social media platforms and content production workflows
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills with an eye for detail and tone of voice
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and audience data
  • Confident collaborating with designers, creators, agencies, and venue teams
  • Experience working within fast-paced hospitality or live-event environment
  • A love of live sport is desirable
You’ll Be

  • Commercially minded and creatively driven
  • Passionate about live events, hospitality and London’s food & drink scene
  • Creative yet organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful and adaptable
  • Passionate about large venues with a keen knowledge of the London scene
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative and comfortable working across teams and projects

Operating within a dynamic startup environment, this position offers significant opportunity for progression as Culinary Collective continues to expand its venue & bar portfolio.
