We are Gravity, where having fun matters…

We are Gravity, we are the UK’s biggest name in active entertainment. Fun is our key word, where are sites offer up to 30 activities from e-karting to trampoline parks, high wall climbing to augmented reality bowling. To support our sites, we have a key team of Customer Service Agents based in our new office in central Wakefield. The offices are open 7 days per week, and facilities for staff include a fabulous kitchen area, relaxing seating, pool table and darts boards…we want our staff to have fun at work!

What you’ll be doing…

Day to day you will be working within our Customer Service call centre. You will be taking in bound calls, working on our live chat, and answering emails from the general public. You will be answering questions and making bookings for our various venues across the UK.

Working in a fast-paced high volume contact centre you’ll need to work efficiently to answer and respond to customer queries quickly or to a high service standard. At Gravity, we pride ourselves on offering our customers the best possible experience, so you’ll provide honest and accurate information with a positive and enthusiastic approach leaving our guest excited about their booking.

Your main Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers related to new or existing bookings.
  • Booking one of our excellent activities in one of our many locations around the UK, over the phone or following up to email requests.
  • Providing accurate and up to date information requested on the various Gravity locations across the UK acting as the central resource for customer enquiries.
  • Providing support to your wider CSC colleagues and working with the CSC management team to deliver a great guest experience.
  • Working flexibly to undertake ad hoc duties as and when required to help meet the needs of the business and guest experience.

We are looking for team members who can be flexible in the hours and days they work. We operate Monday to Friday 1000 – 1900 and Saturday and Sunday 0900 to 1700.  Ideally you will have a customer service background,

We are totally flexible in the hours we can accommodate but ideally you should be available at least one day per weekend, and available to work a couple of evenings per week. We can offer part time, or full-time contracts.
