The Wave, Bristol, are recruiting a part-time Contact Centre Team Member. We have a 16 hour contract available that will be scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays.
The Wave is a slice of the ocean inland, where people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities can experience the joy of surfing and its many physical and mental health benefits!
As a Contact Centre Team Member, you will play an essential part in our visitor’s overall experience. As the first person they may speak to on the phone or via email, the customer experience team have the opportunity to set the tone to what will be an incredible visit at our ground-breaking venue. Our team are a fountain of knowledge for all things Wave to assist our visitors.
