With a focus on both Culinary & Service excellence, we aim to create unforgettable moments that cater to the most discerning clientele.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and welcoming Hostess to join our highly skilled team. Ideal candidates will have experience in high-end hospitality environments, a deep passion for creating memorable guest experiences, and the ability to manage guest interactions with warmth and professionalism. The Hostess will be key to ensuring that every guest's experience starts with a positive and polished first impression, setting the tone for the entire visit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet all members and guests with a warm and genuine smile, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.
• Manage and coordinate reservations using the Jonas system, ensuring accurate guest information and preferences are recorded and communicated to the team.
• Coordinate & guide guests to their tables in a seamless and organized manner, managing seating assignments to optimize the flow of service.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about the club, its services, and menu offerings. Handle inquiries and requests with a solution-oriented approach.
• Phone Etiquette; Answer phone calls with a smile, assist with reservations, and handle inquiries for various departments professionally and efficiently.
• Recognize and cater to VIP guests, ensuring their preferences and expectations are met. Discreetly communicate special guest notes and preferences to the service team.
• Ensure the host stand and surrounding areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional appearance. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations while delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks as needed.
