The Role:
We are looking for a visionary Executive Head Chef to oversee all culinary operations across our multi-faceted venue. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in modern British and Asian cuisines, along with the ability to manage diverse menus tailored to each space’s unique atmosphere and clientele.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative menus for the dining room, bar, conservatory, and garden café, reflecting modern British and Asian fusion.
  • Curate bespoke food offerings for the speakeasy and special events, aligning with their themes and audiences.
  • Lead and manage a dynamic kitchen team, fostering creativity, efficiency, and collaboration.
  • Ensure consistency and excellence in food quality across all outlets.
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cost control.
  • Work closely with the events team to create tailored menus for performances, private parties, and other occasions.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace health.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and incorporate them into the venue’s culinary vision.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a multi-outlet venue or similar setting.
  • Expertise in modern British and Asian cuisines, with a flair for creating innovative dishes.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing multiple kitchen teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle diverse menus and operations.
  • A passion for crafting unique dining experiences that resonate with a diverse audience.
  • Flexibility and creativity to adapt menus for seasonal changes, special events, and unique occasions.
  • A commitment to sourcing high-quality, sustainable ingredients.
