We’re thrilled to announce that D3 is growing! Our second venue is opening at the iconic Olympia London, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Reception & Reservation Manager to join our team from 1st of September 2025.

About the Role

We are looking for a personable, detail-oriented, and highly organized Reception & Reservation Manager to oversee all front desk and booking operations. This key role combines guest-facing hospitality with back-office coordination, ensuring seamless service from initial inquiry through to arrival.

You will manage a team of hosts/receptionists, coordinate booking systems, and work closely with operations, events, and marketing teams to optimize guest flow and experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in a reservations or front desk supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient with reservation and POS systems (SevenRooms, OpenTable)
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
  • High attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data handling best practices

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the front-of-house reception team, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all guests
  • Manage guest arrival/ departure processes smoothly and efficiently
  • Maintain a strong presence at the reception desk during peak times to support the team and engage with guests
  • Oversee all booking platforms (phone, email, online systems)
  • Monitor and manage table allocations, booking confirmations, and waitlists
  • Coordinate group bookings, special requests, and VIP guests with the wider team
  • Recruit, train, and supervise the reception/host team
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and reports
