The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous experience in a similar role within Asian cuisine restaurant.
• Be highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic.
• Have a passion, personal drive, and can-do attitude.
• Be excellent team player.
• Be excited to produce amazing high quality and sustainable food products.
• Understand Health & Safety legislation.
• Have knowledge of Korean and Japanese cuisine – you will be a good fit as well if you are willing to learn.
• Have legal rights to work in UK.
