Join the team of an amazing restaurant, Jang, situated in the Mezzanine of the iconic Royal Exchange. The front of house Is looking for passionate  Head Waiter/ Waitress to join our family, ensuring each guest is welcomed warmly, whilst making their time with us a memorable one by providing our guests with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by, friendly, and flawless service throughout their experience.

The ideal candidate will:

·       Have previous experience in a similar role within a restaurant environment.

·       Have excellent communication skills.

·       Be highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic.

·       Be excellent team player.

·       Be always guest orientated.

·       Understand Health & Safety legislation and imply and communicate effectively to team members.

·       Have knowledge of Korean and Japanese cuisine and culture – an additional advantage but no requirement

·       Have legal rights to work in UK.
