General Manager | Dave’s Hot Chicken | New Store Openings
We’re opening multiple Dave’s Hot Chicken restaurants across Texas, Kansas, and Tennessee, and we’re building a leadership team of high-output operators who will fulfill the mission to "Blow the Minds" of every guest, team member, and partner.
This role is for a leader who:
- Has an ownership mindset,
- Builds teams that perform,
- Runs a clean P&L,
- Executes standards without excuses.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $52,000 – $65,000 (market & experience dependent)
- Performance-Based Bonus Program
- 1.5% Profit Sharing
- Real upside for leaders who run great restaurants. Up to ~$105,000+ after Performance-Based Bonus Program
What You’ll Own
As a Restaurant Leader, you are fully accountable for your restaurant’s people, performance, and profitability.
People Leadership
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Build schedules that support sales while protecting labor
- Coach directly, hold standards, and build future leaders
- Create a work-hard / have-fun culture without sacrificing results
Financial Performance
- Own the full P&L
- Control food cost, labor, inventory, and cash
- Set aggressive goals and consistently hit targets
- Identify problems early and fix them fast
Operations
- Execute company standards daily
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and audit readiness
- Run effective shifts and lead from the front
- Use company tools to coach and develop your team
Community & Growth
- Represent the brand locally
- Execute local marketing initiatives
- High performers will have growth opportunities as we scale
Who We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of restaurant leadership experience
- Strong P&L and cost-control skills
- Proven ability to develop people
- Comfortable making decisions and being held accountable
- Self-directed, disciplined, and competitive
- Brand ambassador inside and outside the restaurant
