Started in 2017 by Dave Kopushyan, Arman Oganesyan, and brothers Tom and Gary Rubenyan as an East Hollywood parking lot-based pop-up, the band of childhood friends started developing an influential following around their plates of Nashville hot chicken tenders, sliders, fries and kale ‘slaw. Fast-forward to today, and the company has implemented an in-demand franchise concept with hundreds of units in development.

Summary

Dave's Hot Chicken Santa Ana is looking for awesome team members to be apart of our cleaning crew. This position requires attention to detail, cleanliness and teamwork. CELEBRATES SUCCESS AND HAS FUN!

Duties

Will perform detailed cleaning of entire inside of location, to include:

All dining area- tables and chairs, trash surrounds, trash cans, drink station, counter tops, doors, door handles, spot cleaning of glass (finger and hand prints)

Sweep and mop the dining room

Restrooms detail cleaned including fixtures, toilets, walls, baseboards, trash cans and floors

Back of house cleaning will include, stainless steel cleaning, exterior and interior of refrigeration units, sweep and deck scrub all floors and baseboards, including walk in

Exhaust hood and filters

Countertops and all walls

Trash cans, inside and out and replace with clean liners

Mop sink scrubbed and mop buckets cleaned

Dust pans rinsed and cleaned

Ceiling vents dusted

Re-set up sandwich line and fryer equipment

As needed special detail cleaning requests

Requirements

- Must be at least 16 years old
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude while conducting any and all duties
- Effective communicator with co-workers and the restaurant management team

Transportation & Accessibility

- Must have reliable transportation to work
- Must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating with supervisor and co-workers

Hours

-The hours would entail arriving 1 hour prior to close to begin pre-cleaning and organizing. This would be 10pm during the week and 11pm on the weekends with a maximum 3 hour shift.

- This includes working weekends/nights & holidays whenever necessary

Skills & Abilities

- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to bend and stoop
- Able to work around heat
- Able to work around others in close quarters

- Able to lift 50-75 lbs. comfortably
