About Dave's Hot Chicken: Dave's Hot Chicken is a rapidly expanding new franchise serving Nashville style Hot Chicken. As a local, family owned franchise, Hot Chicken Idaho, LLC is excited to bring this extremely successful concept from Los Angeles to the Treasure Valley, located at 3450 N Eagle Road in Meridian, ID.
Job Description: HIRING IMMEDIATELY! Full Time and Part Time positions available. Flexible Schedules, however, all applicants MUST HAVE SOME WEEKEND AVAILABILITY. Kitchen/Back of House (BOH) and Cashier/Front of House (FOH). The Team Member is responsible and accountable for performing specific tasks and duties assigned within the Restaurant including Guest Service, Food prep, Restaurant Cleanliness and Teamwork. Requirements: Must be at least 16 years old, must have reliable transportation to work, and must have telephone or other reliable method of communicating.
All Team Members will receive:
- Average hourly wage $18-$20/hour. Base wages starting at $16-$18 hour + pooled tips
- Uniform and 30% discount on Skecher's non-slip shoes
- Free meals when you're working and 50% discount on meals when you're not
- Employees averaging more than 30 hours per week will be eligible for: A 50% subsidy towards Employee Health Insurance and Two weeks Paid Time Off
