Key Responsibilities

• Lead Operations: Oversee daily café performance, maintaining service quality, product consistency, and operational standards.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a motivated team; foster a collaborative, high-energy culture.
• Guest Experience: Deliver a customer-first environment, handle feedback proactively, and drive guest loyalty.
• Financial & Operational Performance: Manage labor, inventory, and costs to maximize profitability; monitor KPIs and budgets.
• Marketing & Community Engagement: Support local marketing and community initiatives to increase traffic and sales.
• Scheduling: Create schedules for up to 50 hours per week during the operational season.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of café, fast-casual, or quick-service restaurant management experience
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive operational & financial results
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Passion for coffee, tea, and creating exceptional guest experiences
