All our restaurants will stand alone in identity but share a common thread of signature dishes to link all of our venues to the Incipio mothership.  

Our innovative food offerings, curated by Nick Wyborn – Head of food, are fresh, thrilling & current with concept, demographics & current market trends considered carefully at every stage of the menu development process. Unforgettable dining! 

We are now looking to hire a fantastic, hardworking kitchen porter to join our kitchen team.  Some experience in a professional kitchen would be preferred but attitude and willingness to learn is key with full training given on site! 

You will be joining our fun and friendly team who possess a wealth of experience and are looking to create a truly great environment for both clientele and employee. KITCHEN PORTER DUTIES 

A Kitchen Porter reports to all chefs within the kitchen environment. The role is made up of many  varying responsibilities including: 

  • Basic food preparation 
  • Washing up, cleaning, and clearing all kitchen areas 
  • Unloading and putting away deliveries 
  • Emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors 
  • Ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly 
  • Deep cleaning fridges and storerooms to maintain sanitary and kitchen safety standards 

ESSENTIAL TRAINING & EXPERIENCE 

  • Level 1 & 2 food safety award 
  • Food Allergen training 
  • Awareness of manual handling techniques 
  • Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety 
  • Experience of kitchen equipment including dangerous sharp knives
