F&B Host

Raines Law Room, part of critically acclaimed Yves Jadot Restaurants, is looking for a Host to join the crew at this spectacular speakeasy bar.      

ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our speakeasy in the heart of Chelsea is named after an 1896 law meant to curb New Yorkers’ liquor consumption. Ring the door buzzer and our host welcomes you into our twenties inspired lounge with a cocktail list courtesy of Meaghan Dorman.

JOB OVERVIEW
Our hosts are responsible to enter and manage guest reservations as well as provide a warm welcome to our guests. The host is also responsible for guiding guests to their table as well as providing an introduction to their menus as well as server. They will also offer genuine farewell and thank you to departing guests. Hosts will also answer the phone, and work alongside management to control the flow of the dining room.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be able to work nights/weekends in a busy, team-oriented environment.
• Must have scheduling flexibility.
• Restaurant experience preferred, but not required.
