experience in premium food and bar establishments to join our team. Dehesa is a charcuterie and tapas bar inspired by the cuisine and wines of Spain and Italy. Head Chef William Breese creates a seasonally changing delightfully simple tapas menu for the Carnaby masses to enjoy. The heated corner terrace is the largest in Soho; the main dining room bustling; the wine cellar room is bijou and decadent.
