Haulfryn family is looking for a Maintenance and Grounds Person to join a growing team at our friendly holiday park.

We are one of the UK’s largest owners of 5-star luxury holiday and residential parks set in special and beautiful locations. What Will You Do

  • Complete property maintenance jobs to the highest standards including but not limited to mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, plumbing, decorating and general repairs to ensure owner and customer satisfaction
  • Observe Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure safety in the workplace
  • Be actively involved in the development of the Park
  • Empty, clean, refill hot tubs on changeover days whilst checking chemicals on daily basis
  • Be proactive and seek for daily maintenance issues in lodges and rectify
  • Work within a team to maintain park
What Will You Bring

  • Multi skilled tradesperson with experience in a wide range of property maintenance tasks
  • Experience in grounds maintenance including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting and general gardening, basic general handy man skills
  • Hold a valid full UK driving licence
  • Be able to work on your own initiative
  • Awareness of Health and Safety legislation and working in a safe manner
  • Have excellent customer service and people skills
