What You’ll Do

As our Park Manager, you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day running of the park, ensuring exceptional service for guests and owners
  • Drive the delivery of high operational standards across all departments
  • Motivate, support and develop a team of skilled colleagues
  • Ensure full compliance with all company policies, industry legislation, health & safety and licensing requirements
  • Maintain excellent administrative standards, including accurate management of invoicing, home sales processes, meter readings and park records
  • Identify and implement opportunities for future park development and improvement
  • Build strong relationships with owners, guests, contractors and internal support teams
  • Contribute to business planning activities and support with acquisitions or due diligence when required
  • Act as the designated park leader, ensuring emergency response availability
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to drive and support holiday home sales performance, helping to maximise revenue opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
  • Create a culture of professionalism, positivity and customer-first service

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in a similar leadership or park management role (holiday park or hospitality sector preferred)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • A flexible, adaptable approach suited to a seasonal and varied business
  • Clear decision-making ability, confidence in problem solving, and excellent organisation
  • Sales awareness or experience supporting sales performance - ideally within hospitality, leisure or holiday home environments.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset and a commitment to delivering outstanding service
