Salary: £28,080 per annum
Hours: 45 hours per week
Location: Devon Hills Holiday Park, TQ4 7PW
Job Type: Permanent
Haulfryn has a fantastic opportunity to join an established and experienced maintenance team at Devon Hills Holiday Park!

As a Maintenance and Grounds Person you will:
- Complete property maintenance jobs to the highest standards including but not limited to mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, plumbing, decorating and general repairs to ensure owner and customer satisfaction
- Observe Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure safety in the workplace
- Be actively involved in the development of the Park
- Empty, clean, refill hot tubs on changeover days whilst checking chemicals on daily basis
- Be proactive and seek for daily maintenance issues in lodges and rectify
- Work within a team to maintain park
