Salary: £12.60 per hour

Hours: Part-time, Variable hours (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)

What You’ll Do

As a Receptionist, you will:

  • Deliver a welcoming, professional experience to all guests, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive
  • Handle enquiries and take messages by phone, email, or in person—making sure all queries are directed to the right departments promptly
  • Resolve minor complaints before escalation and ensure feedback is recorded appropriately
  • Support safety and security procedures, monitoring visitor access and maintaining awareness in the reception area
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining accurate records and managing communications as well as supporting our F&B team.
  • Maintain the reception area to a high standard, including tidiness, and check inventory for office and reception supplies

Who We’re Looking For

You’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence in handling difficult situations professionally
  • An eye for quality and safety standards
  • Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer care
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as part of a flexible rota
  • Previous F&B experience (highly desirable)
  • Ability to work on your own initiative while being part of a team
