We are looking for a General Manager for our Victoria restaurant. 1 floor restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Just a few minutes walk from Victoria station so a great central spot! 

This restaurant is perfect for a hands-on manager that likes to be stuck in with service.  There is a huge marketing push this yeat so any experience with generating sales through new marketing strategies would be hugely beneficial.  

The stated salary includes the predicated service charge. This is based on a 48 hour contract.

·       Has at least two years experience as a manager in a standards driven restaurant
