We’re looking for a talented and passionate Line Chef to join our kitchen at DimT Victoria, a vibrant Pan-Asian restaurant serving dishes inspired by the rich flavors of Thailand, Japan, China, Korea, and beyond.


As a Line Chef, you’ll work in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment, preparing fresh and flavorful dishes to a high standard. If you love working with bold ingredients, value precision, and thrive under pressure, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook Pan-Asian dishes according to recipes and standards
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout your shift
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Line Chef, Commis Chef, or similar role
  • Familiarity with Pan-Asian ingredients and cooking techniques is a plus
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for cooking and attention to detail
