Job Description:

As a member of our bar team, you’ll be the heart of our pub. You’ll bring a positive attitude, keep things moving during busy shifts, and create an inviting atmosphere for regulars and new faces alike.

Responsibilities:

• Support bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked at all times (beer, spirits, glassware, garnishes, ice, etc.)
• Prepare and replenish garnishes, mixers, and service items
• Collect and wash glassware, maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
• Assist with keg changes and cellar duties as required
• Keep the bar, outdoor service areas, and storage spaces clean and organised
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages promptly
• Assist with deliveries and stock rotation (FIFO principles)
• Provide excellent guest interaction when required, maintaining a friendly and professional attitude
• Support the wider front-of-house team during busy periods

Requirements:

• Previous experience preferred but not essential

• Strong communication and people skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
