We're seeking a driven and creative Marketing & Relations Manager to help us amplify our brand, engage local communities, and build lasting relationships that support our growth.


Customer Relations Manager Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships including complaints, catering inquiries etc.
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies for multiple restaurant locations.
  • Build and nurture partnerships with local influencers, event coordinators, media contacts, and businesses.
  • Plan, promote, and manage events that drive foot traffic and increase brand awareness.
  • Create compelling campaigns to boost social media presence and customer engagement.
  • Work closely with restaurant managers to align marketing efforts with each location's goals.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for maximum results.
  • Actively seek out and close opportunities that generate revenue, sponsorships, and collaboration deals.


Customer Relations Manager Qualifications: 

  • A self-starter with a passion for hospitality, marketing, and community relations.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills and a talent for networking.
  • Experience in marketing, PR, event coordination, or brand development (preferred).
  • Comfortable working independently on a commission-based model with uncapped earning potential.


Customer Relations Manager Compensation:

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. The more you bring to the table—traffic, partnerships, revenue—the more you earn. Ideal for someone who thrives on performance incentives and flexible hours.
