WHAT WILL I BE DOING? AS SALES AND EVENTS ASSSITANT, YOU’LL…
The ideal candidate should be passionate, creative, organised and should be motivated to help manage the increasing number of weddings and private events in our ever-growing business.
Sales and Events – Key Responsibilities & Duties:
• Managing and responding to incoming enquiries through multiple avenues
• Stay in constant communication with the organisers throughout the entire booking process
• Ensure a smooth running of the event and communicate effectively with the BOH and FOH team
• Work to pre-determined pre-booked sales targets as set by the business
• Reporting to the General Manager and Regional Business Manager in their absence.
• Assisting in the set up and break down of the event spaces between events.
• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, covering the Duty Manager in times of absence and holiday.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
• Occasional opening and closing of the business will be part of this position.
An experience of weddings and managing the booking process of wedding venues would be advantageous but not essential.
