Qualifications:
-Have 2-3 years experience in a high volume restaurant
-Be able to lead, motivate and develop their team
-Have some leadership background, excellent organizational and communication skills & be extremely detail oriented
-Have a passion for hospitality and understand what it means to deliver a great guest experience
-Be personable, charismatic, energetic, approachable, positive, outgoing & have a solution based approach to facing any obstacles
-Use your career experience and talents to help the restaurant reach its financial goals through skillful leadership
