As a Receptionist at Firmdale Hotels, you'll be at the forefront of our guest experience, ensuring every interaction is filled with warmth, professionalism, and impeccable service.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly
demeanour, creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for their
stay.
Engage with guests and colleagues alike in a
clear and engaging manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and
efficiently.
Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in
all aspects of your work, from accurately processing reservations to
maintaining a tidy reception area.Work seamlessly as part of our front office
team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive, cohesive work
environment
Manage multiple tasks with ease, prioritizing
effectively to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Bring your enthusiasm and passion for hospitality to every
interaction, leaving a lasting impression on our guests.
