As a Floor Housekeeper, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the impeccable standards that define our uniquely styled hotel. Working alongside the Deputy Head Housekeeper and the Head Housekeeper, you will lead our dedicated team in ensuring every corner of our establishment reflects the utmost cleanliness and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Deputy Head Housekeeper and Head Housekeeper to oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team.
- Lead by example, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the hotel.
- Supervise and motivate team members, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and perform them efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet Firmdale's exacting standards.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly, providing solutions to uphold the quality of our services.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and excellence, promoting a positive work environment where every team member feels valued and supported.
