Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 annually
Position Type: Hourly with accelerated management development
About Dos Toros Taqueria
At Dos Toros Taqueria, we’re all about Mission-style burritos—fresh, flavorful ingredients,
wrapped in a steamed tortilla, finished with perfectly melty cheese. Inspired by San Francisco’s

sourcing high-quality ingredients to creating a welcoming, energetic environment for both guests
and team members.
The Role
Dos Toros Taqueria is seeking experienced Assistant Managers to join our growing team. This
is a hands-on leadership role ideal for hospitality-driven professionals with 2+ years of
management experience, preferably in fast casual or quick service restaurants. As an Assistant
Manager, you’ll help lead daily operations, support and develop team members, and ensure every
guest receives an exceptional experience rooted in genuine warmth and uncompromising quality.
This is an hourly position with accelerated development into higher management roles for
high-performing leaders.
What You’ll Do
• Lead by example on the floor, delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Support daily restaurant operations, including food quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to perform at their best
• Maintain organization and composure in a fast-paced environment
• Uphold Dos Toros’ core values and operational standards
• Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve performance goals
