The position:

Restaurant Manager

The Restaurant Manager position at the Double Bull Taphouse will join a well-organized team. We are looking for someone that has a team mentality, is organized, and hardworking. We are looking for a developed leader who is comfortable leading a team, training and guiding as well as working on the floor to help create the best customer experience. 

Specifically, we are looking for someone who:

• Exudes a high level of hospitality to our guests and employees.
• Can hire, train, and develop new hourly team members.
• Optimizes profits by building sales and assisting with the control  labor, and beverage costs.
• Provides leadership and direction to all team members - coaching in real time.
• Craft Beer Knowledge is a plus
• Has a proven track record as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager or General Manager of a full-service restaurant.
• Willing to assist with the HR functions for the FOH employees, including hiring, performance reviews, terminations, etc.
• Will ensure that the FOH lives the WRG Culture and Core Values on every shift
