As our new Sous Chef, you’ll assist the head chef and support our kitchen team in the creation of fabulous, fresh dishes – using your culinary magic to give customers a special pub-dining experience.
You’ll be working with seasonal, local and regional ingredients, in a well-equipped kitchen – within a company that really understands the importance of getting food right.
We encourage our chefs to implement new cooking techniques whilst providing our customers with a traditional foundation of great pub classics.
