To be successful as our Hotel Manager you need:

• Management Experience in a 3/4 * 30+ bedroom hotel
• Experience leading Restaurant teams- delighting and enhancing guest experience
• A thirst to drive, improve & maintain standards across the Hotel
• Great attention to detail
• Insight in to local market, specifically aware of opportunities and ways to increase F&B footfall
• Ability to recruit, lead and inspire a team, across a number of divisions, e.g. Restaurant, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Reception
• Numerical dexterity to crunch the numbers, drive occupancy, ARR control your labour and achieve best stock control and ROI
• Compassion to lead, motivate, inspire and develop your team- from your housekeeping stars to your back office team and FOH wonders
• Proven experience being hands on whilst seeing the bigger picture to increase your business
• Proven ability to work autonomously within an evolving framework
• Managers are managed against the Hotel P&L, guest feedback, ARR, Occupancy levels, Audits and Team stability

Our ideal Hotel Manager:

· Should have experience within a similar role leading a Hotel site and P&L responsibility

· Strong Hospitality Background, preferably F&B driven experience gained in hotels or high volume restaurants with personality, with proven levels of success

· Excellent management skills, including recruiting, performance managing, developing leading a team and being an exceptional manager

· Commercially astute to monitor and analyse trends to identify and maximise opportunities

· Flexible in approach and a ‘Can do, will achieve’ attitude
