Whether you’re starting out or already have experience, we are currently recruiting Housekeepers/Room Attendants to help us maintain the highest of standards of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout our hotel, ensuring every guest feels comfortable and welcomed.

Our hotel sits just a short walk from the historic centre of Bury St Edmunds, attracting a steady mix of leisure and business guests throughout the year.  We offer modern, well‑maintained bedrooms with consistent standards across the site, making cleaning routines straightforward and efficient. Rooms include features such as flat‑screen TVs, king‑size Hypnos beds and contemporary bathrooms, giving you a clear structure for daily servicing and turnaround tasks

As a Housekeeper/Room Attendant you will;

• Provide a cleaning service to all public, client and staff areas of the building.
• Ensure cleaning meets and exceeds our client standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas.
• Handle guest requests politely and professionally, assisting where needed.
• Maintain and enhance the cleanliness of the building.
• Ensure lost property is recorded and handed to the appropriate department. 
• Other cleaning duties as required.

We’re looking for a Housekeeper/Room Attendant who has:

• Good attention to detail.
• The ability to work well under pressure or time sensitive environment.
• A commitment to high levels of cleanliness.
• A friendly personality with customers and staff alike.

Any previous experience in Housekeeping will help you during your application but is not required for the correct candidate to succeed.
