We are looking for a talented and motivated Breakfast Chef (Weekends) to join our kitchen at The Dragonfly Hotel in Bury St Edmunds.

• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• The ability to deliver high standards consistently
• Outstanding attention to detail
• High standards of health and hygiene
• Clear communication skills

The Breakfast Chef role will require:

• The cleaning and maintaining of equipment
• Complying to food safety and other regulations and rules as set out by the business
• Preparing and cooking items on the menu
• Organising and labelling the kitchen and it's storage
• Managing and ordering in stock
• Keeping wastage to a minimum
