As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be at the heart of our guest experience, supporting the smooth operation of a busy 100 room hotel. We’re looking for a Hotel Receptionist with a positive and calm outlook, a friendly approach, who communicates effectively both verbally and in writing, has great attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.

To succeed as our Hotel Receptionist you should have previous experience of working within a hotel reception and knowledge of hotel reservations systems. You should also have good natural sales ability, an approachable manner, and knowledge of the MS Office suite.

As a Hotel Receptionist duties will include:

• Taking reservations
• Dealing with guests’ enquiries and assistance
• Check-ins and check-outs
• Taking payments and maintaining confidentiality of guest information
• answering calls and emails and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times
• Upselling hotel services such as room upgrades and dining
• Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are prepared and guest issues are resolved promptly
